Wind has been written for the orchestra concerts that the Brussels cultural center Flagey gives every year together with Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra and the music educators of ReMuA for school children from all over Belgium.
The music is about emotions, which the orchestra translates into sound. The wind relives these emotions vicariously for the children.

L’âme
for violin
Uraufführung:
The French Expression „âme“ not only signifies „soul“. It is also the term for „sound post“, the inconspicuous wooden dowel placed between the top plate and the down plate of string instruments, which exerts considerable influence on the instrument’s sound.
In my violin piece „L’âme“ the instrument is put into vibration in different manners. Outrageous sounds arise from the stimulated inner space of the violin.
